About Cường Bạch

Cường Bạch, full name Bạch Hồng Cường, born on June 23, 2000, is a young rising artist from Vinh, Nghệ An, Vietnam. He is currently a member of UPRIZE, a new-generation male idol group formed through the survival music program Tân Binh Toàn Năng (Show It All), produced by YeaH1 Entertainment. At the end of the show, Cường Bạch won the title of National Idol after receiving the highest number of online votes and became the first member to advance directly into the debut lineup. He officially debuted with UPRIZE in 2026 and is active under the stage name BEX.

From a young age, he has been passionate about K-pop and aspired to become an idol. During his school years, he participated in dance clubs and later enrolled at the Military University of Culture and Arts in Hanoi. In late 2018, he became a member of B-Wild, a Hanoi-based dance crew well-known for their K-pop dance covers.

Cường Bạch covers 'Taki Taki' by Ten NCT. See more of his covers here.

In 2019, he became a trainee at RBW Vietnam and participated in the survival show We Will Debut, produced by RBW Entertainment (Korea) in collaboration with Naver. The show aired from September 17 to October 27, 2019, on V Live, featuring seven Vietnamese trainees. Unfortunately, he did not make it to the final debut team.

After that, he joined IF Entertainment with hopes of debuting, but the opportunity did not materialize at that time. In 2022, he participated in Vote For Five - Vietnam’s survival show to form a new-generation boy group. Cường Bạch gained attention for his 'Mr. Right' performance and later made it into the debut lineup. However, after months of waiting, the group never officially debuted. He stepped away from the entertainment scene and took on various jobs, including working as a Live Idol on TikTok. He also released three solo songs (view Discography).

The year 2025 marked Cường Bạch’s return through the survival program Tân Binh Toàn Năng - Project 100%, produced by YeaH1 Entertainment. For Cường Bạch, this was considered his “last dance”- the final chapter in his long journey of pursuing the dream of becoming an idol in a group. When he first appeared on Project 100%, Cường Bạch gave off a cool and somewhat aloof aura, making it difficult for audiences to connect with him at first. However, as the show progressed, viewers gradually discovered his standout qualities: undeniable talent, strong leadership skills, a mindset worth learning from, and genuine care for his teammates. As a result, Cường Bạch quickly became one of the most beloved contestants on the program.

Cường Bạch also received high praise for his charisma, stage presence, and true idol potential from industry experts, including Hyuk Shin (Director of Training & Development), Soobin (All-round Producer), Kim Sungpil (Vocal Coach), and Ryu.D (Dance Coach). At the conclusion of Project 100%, Cường Bạch was voted as one of the first two contestants to secure a spot in the Tân Binh Thăng Cấp lineup, advancing to the official stage of the show.

The main phase of Tân Binh Toàn Năng - Show It All aired from October 14, 2025, to January 17, 2026, on VTV3 and YeaH1 ONE’s YouTube channel. Through each round of competition alongside international groups, Cường Bạch and other contestants continued to demonstrate their talent, resilience, and teamwork. The program concluded with a 7-member debut lineup. With his consistently strong performance, Cường Bạch earned the title of National Idol – Top 1 in Online Voting and advanced directly into the debut lineup.

Cường Bạch performed his self-written song “Bảnh Từ Trong Code” in the solo stage of Round 5  – Show It All.
